NHI Process Technician
Pay Rate:
Starting at $22.11/hour (Ability to earn $25.85/hour within the first year)
Quarterly Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) bonus of 4%
Potential for Quarterly Gainsharing Payout of up to 8%

The Job You Will Perform:
- Basic Industrial Maintenance Skills
- Driving clamp/fork truck
- Utilize basic shop math/read a tape measure
- Using a computer to track inventory
- Lean Manufacturing Tools/5S
- Flow-to-work as department needs require
- Working on a rotating 12-Hour Shift
- Operate in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, noisy, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals or on elevated work surfaces
- Wear required safety equipment

- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading factory orders

- Ability to work a rotating 12-Hour shift, with overtime and weekends
