Pay Rate: New Hire Rate $21.96/hr. for first 90 days, $22.48/hr. up to $26.14/hr.- plus $0.30 shift differential for C and D shift.
Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 3 months

Shift: Hourly Full-Time. 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. (C or D Shift)
Rotating Shift Schedule
Physical Location: 1900 8th Street NE – Austin, MN 55912
The Job You Will Perform:
- Safe manufacturing procedures
- Operating fast paced machinery
- Inspecting, counting and stacking finished product
- Reading manufacturing orders
- Accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
- Clean-up functions such as blowing down machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping machine area as well as picking up and shredding scrap
