Pay Rate:

$109,800 - $122,000

The Job You Will Perform:

Knowledge and Experience: This role requires expertise in various audit, finance, and procure-to-pay functions to drive continuous improvement and advancement. The ideal candidate should possess a process-oriented mindset with a strong inclination towards standardization and consistency, capable of inspiring others to adopt this approach. The role demands the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

 

Organizational Support:

  • Take the lead and actively participate in the transformation of Global P2P processes. 
  • Utilize project management expertise to successfully implement technology and process solutions.
  • Drive and oversee various strategic projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of P2P processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases for relevant projects.
  • Collaborate with process stewards to define and prioritize process and system improvements.
  • Coordinate with Training and Change Management teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Project Development:

  • Employ standard project management methodologies to manage solution delivery from FEL1 through Go-Live and Transition phases, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Adhere to the Project Assessment and Delivery Process (PDP) guidelines.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Document systems and tools for sustainability.
  • Implement agile methods for efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with Training and Change Management teams to design effective training materials.
  • Ensure all projects have a clear plan for long-term sustainability.

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of diverse work experience in project management.
  • Yellow belt certification or higher is preferred.
  • Proficiency in organizing, measuring, and motivating others using project management and business analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Prior experience in project management is desirable.
