The Job You Will Perform:
The Procure to Pay (PTP) team is an important component of success for International Paper The key element of success is ensuring seamless processes from requisition to payment. PTP isn't just about transactions; it's about cultivating vendor relationships that make us their preferred customer, empowering our plants to serve our customers better. This role is all about driving efficiency and effectiveness in PTP processes. You'll collaborate across functions to develop a cutting-edge training playbook tailored to both current and upcoming PTP procedures.. You'll need a deep understanding of business processes and PTP procedures, targeted and modern training that gets results to ace this role.
Key Accountabilities:
- Spearhead Change Management and Training initiatives for strategic projects.
- Craft a playbook for PTP process areas, in sync with PTP Process Stewards.
- Dive deep into process analysis and design to drive impactful change/training strategies.
- Partner across teams to gauge implementation readiness and offer post-implementation support Evaluate change risk vs. benefit return and communicate actionable insights to leaders.
- Conduct post-implementation assessments and recommend fine-tuning - Refine tools and approaches based on industry best practices.
- Roll out dynamic instructor-led and eLearning programs for sustainable business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet training needs.

The Skills You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years+ leading organizations through change.
- Training experience preferred.
- Ready to jet-set up to 15% of the time.
