The Job You Will Perform:
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports, incorporating measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the procure-to-pay (PTP) process.
- Establish reporting structures within each process steward discipline.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as required.
- Acquire proficiency in navigating various complementary systems such as travel management systems and processing mining software
- Assist in record-keeping, accounting, and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Process Steward in the procure-to-pay domain by conducting comprehensive financial and operational analyses of systems and processes.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills by generating and evaluating key metrics to assess the effectiveness of procure-to-pay operations and its associated stakeholder groups.
- Offer valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Primary clientele includes procure-to-pay stakeholders, constituting approximately 70% of the company.
- Exhibit agility in navigating evolving technologies and landscapes under the guidance of Process Stewards and the Global Process Owner for Procure-to-Pay (GPO PTP).
- Other duties as assigned
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 to 10 years of diverse work experience in Accounting and Procurement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop sustainable solutions.
- Preferably experienced with SAP
