Hourly Full-Time, Monday – Friday, weekends as needed
1st Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM
2nd Shift: 3:00PM -11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00PM - 7:00AM

The Job You Will Perform:
- Follow all safety rules and practices.
- Housekeeping duties (daily, weekly and between flute changes duties)
- Have the courage to intervene and submit Check It (safe work observation) cards
- Proficient with Kiwi, COPAR, QMS and SPI’s
- Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas.
- Maintain teamwork with machine crews and other associates
- Monitor the condition and maintenance needs of the equipment and keep maintenance and/or supervision informed of equipment status.
- Learning Starch operator duties & responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absent.
- Learning Stacker operator duties & responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absent.
- Learn Double backer duties & responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absen.t
- Learn Clamp Driver duties and responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absent.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervision/team lead to ensure production needs are met
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Candidate must have the ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; ability to use basic math
- Candidate must also demonstrate a sincere interest and desire to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Candidate must have the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of team. a proven leader, goal oriented, self-starter, good communicator and computer literate.
- Candidate must have a firm understanding of driving safety culture, adhering to corporate and human resources policy.
