Role Purpose
Our lawyers work on the full spectrum of competition matters, including competition litigation, investigations by competition authorities, merger control, foreign investment/National Security & Investment Act ("NSIA"), behavioural advice, competition compliance programs, commercial contracts, subsidy control/State Aid, economic regulation and public procurement. We regularly work with our international colleagues, including specialist competition lawyers in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Dentons’ UK Competition team is now seeking an experienced Practice Development lawyer. to join a highly respected, growing, friendly, stable, and award-winning team. The role can be based in any of our offices across the UK
This role will support the UK wide team. You will cover a wide range of UK and EU competition matters, as well as having the responsibility to spearhead the development of a comprehensive knowledge hub that consolidates previous work and creates actionable precedents and know-how for the team. This role would ideally suit an existing competition PDL or a Senior competition lawyer looking to transition into a demanding PDL role.
