I. POSITION IN ORGANIZATION

Responsible for Manufacturing Engineering related technical support and leadership for assigned areas. Supports established priorities to ensure divisional production goal attainment, including quality, service, productivity and continuous improvement using process knowledge and experience, technical skills along with Lean Manufacturing tools and methodology. Coordinates, plans, procures, and installs capital equipment and tooling within Company policy and guidelines regarding capital funding, purchasing and control of proprietary information. Supports Continuous Improvement activities throughout the plants with a heavy emphasis on training and documentation of processes, hazardous waste, sustainability, and other areas of Health Safety Environmental and Sustainability. Performs daily maintenance and monitoring of systems within the blade making process.
