As a Business Architect you will have the opportunity to shape the future of such initiatives through strategic planning and execution. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives, technology solutions, and enterprise architecture.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies to drive transformative changes and optimise business performance.
About the role
- Develop and maintain the business architecture framework
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements to translate business strategy into a deliverable portfolio of change
- Develop and assess options for achieving the business outcomes
- Work with senior stakeholders to ensure business strategy is specific, measurable and deliveries are shaped to demonstrably meet business and customer needs
- Define and manage business capability maps, process models, and information architecture to ensure alignment with organisational objectives
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
About you
- Proven experience as a Business Architect in the Financial Services industry
- Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices inclusion knowledge of enterprise architecture tooling
- Good understanding of the regulatory landscape in our market
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
