Job Title: Senior Proposition Analyst – Customer Portal

As a Senior Proposition Analyst, you will have responsibility for delivering our Digital Customer Portal ambitions. You will lead the day to day running of the Portal squad supported by a Product Owner. This will include setting clear goals for the squad, setting direction via the roadmap, making decisions on backlog prioritisation, managing risks, and collaborating with stakeholders across Royal London and third parties.

- Support the creation of the squad vision and drive the focus of this throughout the team environment.
- Responsible for decisions made with regards to appropriate changes to features based on insight and market intelligence.
- Provide technical excellence in areas of responsibility, by maintaining a deep understanding in these areas, which will support prioritisation and decision making.
- Provide leadership to peers and wider delivery team by collaborating with others to deliver the right outcomes for the customer, business, and colleagues.
- A role model within the community and squad environment while consistently demonstrating Royal London values and behaviours.
- Taking an active role in risk management and demonstrating a strong understanding of the governance processes within the organisation.

- Motivated with excellent attention to detail which drives a passion for delivering value to customers.
- Experienced in working with customer insight to build personalised experiences around their needs.
- Innovative in your approach, bringing creativity to design solutions and the ability to influence the design of our strategy.
- Commercially astute with strong expertise in relevant products, processes, and markets, maintaining up to date knowledge, with a strong understanding of competitors’ propositions and strategies.
- Excellent communicator who adopts a collaborative and commercial approach to work well with others, by building effective networks and influencing across all relevant business areas (e.g. GCS, GTC, Legal) and peers.
