What you'll be doing
- Supervision of services within the retail operational area
- To supervise a team of 7
- Stock taking and placing orders
- Organising shift patterns
- Cashing up takings at the end of the day
- Ensure that the retail shop achieves its GP and sales targets
- Keeping the store well stocked at all times. This will involve filling shelves, refrigerated cabinets and fresh produce, ensuring products are in good order.
- Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team
- Assisting with opening and closing the store
- Receive, check and unpack stock deliveries
- General cleaning of the store
- Giving support to the manager when required
Experience
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided!
- Must be flexible in all aspect of working rosters including weekends and bank holidays if required
- Must be a great team player
- DBS and Security clearance checks will be required
