We are currently recruiting for a Senior Catering Supervisor to join our team at Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Birmingham, B15 3TR

What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the smooth delivery of all food and beverages within the C&E spaces
- Leading your team to success
- Dealing with clients on event days
- Arranging the staff rota weekly
- Induction of new staff
- On staff training as required and ensuring all e learning is up to date
- Setting up events
- Dealing with external suppliers
- Working closely with clients
- Handling customer feedback
- Supporting in C&E/Café or bar as necessary
- Assisting with stock takes
- General day to day duties including operating the till, serving food and providing the best customer service
Experience
- Experience of events and hospitality industry
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Experience of leading a team
- Can do attitude and a confident leader
