We are looking for talented Conference Senior Front of House Member to join our team in the Amenity Services department in Bournemouth, UK, an individual who is collaborative, confident, and motivated to provide an outstanding experience to clients.
The successful candidate will report to the Hospitality Manager and work alongside other managers, Chefs and a diverse, talented, and innovative food and beverage team.

What you'll be doing
Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products.
Perform basic food preparation and made to order services including hot & cold food services in line with Aramark brand standards.
Take payment and keep financial records as required.
Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
Clean and tidy counter, light equipment and public areas.
Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work.
Perform daily paper/computer work as assigned.
Keeps diligent records as required.
Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
Undertake relevant training as required.
Experience
· Previous experience working conference or 4/5 star hotel (or equivalent) environment
· Previous barista experience desirable
· Excellent customer service skills and a great team player!
· DBS check required
