We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our sales team. You will be part of a very talented and close-knit team in a role that will allow you to gain brilliant exposure and develop.
You will have strict deadlines so the ability to work under pressure and do what is needed to completion is essential. Ideally you will have experience in creating eye catching designs to assist with our bids and tenders, so knowledge within the contract catering or facilities management is extremely desirable.
This will be a hybrid role with the need to travel to the office for meetings when required. Ideally this is a full-time position but we’re open to discussing part time or condensed hours.

A day in the life of a Creative Designer:
- Creating attractive tender response documents
- Creating engaging and eye-catching ideas into printable brochures/leaflets
- Creation of infographics, icons, logos and graphs
- Develop a range of content with new styles and layouts
- Plan key events ahead of time and work alongside the sales and bid team so that the necessary resources are produced to client deadlines
- Strong design portfolio
- Creative approach
- Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
- Comfortable working independently on a project or as part of a larger team
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (working mainly in InDesign)
- Attention to detail and an eye for beautiful layouts
- A confident communicator with colleagues
- Working alongside external design agencies and print companies
Desirable Skills:
- Video design and creation, for corporate presentations and social media would be a benefit, but not essential
- Experience in contract catering or facilities management tenders
