⦁ Full time – 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday
⦁ Shifts range between 6am – 2pm

What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the production of cold food in our central production based at Dunfermline Campus .
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Serving on the hot counter
- Food prep including preparing sandwiches, salads, paninis and deserts.
- Food production and service
- Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required
- Restock Goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
- Clean back of house areas, crockery & cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
- Clean and tidy counter and other public areas
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
- Undertake relevant training as required
Experience
⦁ Previous kitchen experience/food prep experience would be beneficial
⦁ Must be a reliable team player with excellent attention to detail
⦁ Knowledge of Allergen law is essential
⦁ Great customer service skills
⦁ A DBS check is required
⦁ Full training will be provided for this role.
