Introduction
Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. All work will be completed in compliance with Hydro safety policies, EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
You will work on
- Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with safety/operational standards.
- Works on projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and or Cell Leader.
- Performs preventative maintenance as required
- Maintains building, grounds, and utility systems.
- Aids in the training of new maintenance employees.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Your qualifications and skills
- Understanding and experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Electrical.
- Combustion systems.
- Thermocouples
- Mechanical
- Welding
- Microsoft Word and Excel High-level PLC experience, preferably Allen Bradley
- SLC 500's systems, RSLogix 500 software
You would also ideally have
- Two years of technical school including electrical, PLCs, hydraulics & pneumatics preferred but not required.
- Two years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial setting. Emphasis on PLCs, hydraulics, and mechanical
- Extrusion background preferred but not required
