The opportunity

EY’s Entity Compliance and Governance (ECG) offering, part of EY Law, is unique in the market place. We combine market leading technology and innovation, with the right people to deliver the company secretarial services of tomorrow, today. Our team is growing and we’re looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our Managed Services workstream, who support clients with achieving their governance, compliance and business objectives on an ongoing basis.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Project management and coordination of company secretarial work across a range of jurisdictions, ensuring the client’s global entities are compliant with local requirements  
  • Acting as the client’s central point of contact for new instructions and projects and providing regular updates on progress
  • Liaising with EY’s local offices to deliver company secretarial advice and documentation, monitoring quality and ensuring consistency in approach
  • Preparing for and holding update calls with clients to review progress of ongoing projects and upcoming deadlines 
  • Ensuring clients’ entity management databases are kept up to date
  • Assisting the client engagement manager with invoicing, budget reviews and contracting
  • Building strong relationships with internal EY teams and the EY network
