In our increasingly data-driven and AI-powered world, building customer trust requires a new approach to privacy risk management. By developing the technology needed to realize this transformation, EY is at the forefront of innovative approaches to managing privacy risk. We have a rare opportunity for a Product Analyst to join our Global SaaS business and help deliver groundbreaking tech for the legal, privacy and compliance markets. You’ll help drive innovation, creativity, and excellence in our platform, whilst playing a significant role in defining how tech can help clients safely and responsibly unlock value in their data assets. You are a committed problem solver with the interpersonal skills needed to collaborate with a global network of experts and clients. In return, our global reach and combination of legal, tech, and client knowledge make us the perfect platform for you to build your career.
Your key responsibilities

On a typical day, you’ll work closely with our Product Lead and the product team to understand and forecast the challenges faced by our clients as well as the corresponding opportunities to develop our platform for maximum impact. As you grow in the role, you can expect greater autonomy to use your skills, experience, and creativity as you see fit to help discover innovative ways to improve our product and delight clients.
You’ll need to regularly connect with colleagues and clients across different regions to refine and test your ideas. Moreover, as a voice for change, you’ll have the opportunity to play an important role supporting the pre-sales team as an innovation influencer. You’ll need to exhibit strong communication skills to articulate your ideas and prepare written product requirements for our developers.
Your responsibilities will also include:
• Identifying and forecasting client / user needs.
• Analyzing how well our products meet client / user needs.
• Working with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to explore / problem solve how our platform can be configured or developed to fulfil client / user needs.

• Supporting the development of relevant legal content for our product.
• Working with our pre-sales team and Solution Owner to design and run demos.
• Supporting our implementation team to design and deliver processes for onboarding and supporting clients.
• Promoting new features and sharing updates with our pre-sales team and other stakeholders.
