We're now seeking somebody to join our diverse and inclusive team as an Information Security Senior Manager.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and deliver information security governance, compliance and assurance activities across diverse business functions, ensuring EY's security posture remains robust and aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will play a key role in supporting the provision and operation of innovative solutions and maintaining EY's competitive edge in the digital landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead information security governance, compliance and assurance activities across EY UK and Ireland's business enablement and client service delivery functions.
- Act as the operational lead for administrating and progressing data loss prevention capabilities and policies, including incident investigation and resolution.
- Identify and mitigate security risks, communicating solutions to CBS leadership, project teams and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a detailed list of technology projects requiring UK information security sign-off and manage business exceptions.
- Support the administration of access and authentication for EY collaboration and document management tools.
- Provide advice on information security and data privacy matters, participating in training and awareness programs.
- Champion EY's information security and data protection due diligence methodologies, advising stakeholders on secure technology adoption.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver effective and compliant due diligence.
- Ensure internal policies are maintained, risk assessments are conducted, and management information is reported on cyber and information security matters.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
You will have a strong technical proficiency in information security governance, risk and compliance within a project or operational environment. You'll align that with a strong understanding of UK legislative and regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices, in addition to having the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have Some or All of the Following:
- Experience in policy development, technical control processes, and delivery of security solutions, ideally within a commercial environment.
- Proven track record in raising the security profile within an organization and engaging with stakeholders.
- Understanding of IT delivery programs, service delivery models and risk management analysis techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and other collaboration platforms.
- Resilience to operate under pressure in a complex environment with confidence, integrity and commercial acumen.
- Ability to obtain baseline UK security clearance.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
- Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC
- Experience in a professional services firm or partnership environment is advantageous.
