Junior Associate - Corporate Structuring
The Opportunity
We are looking for corporate lawyers interested in joining a Tier 1 market-accredited specialist corporate reorganisations law team in the UK, ideally based out of London or Manchester but with flexible remote working arrangements. This is a fast-growth business with a varied and dynamic range of work, a strong international dimension and acting for some of the largest and household-name groups in the world.
