Our EY SAP team is focused on working with our clients to leverage SAP innovations and create business value. We are looking for an individual with a proven SAP Programme Management background who can assist our clients on their business transformation journeys and large-scale SAP implementation projects.
You’ll be a business-focused SAP delivery professional with a passion for helping to build a rapidly growing programme management capability in EY. We are looking for an individual embraces not only the ever-evolving approaches and methods of delivering transformational projects but also adapts the supporting technology.
Your key responsibilities
At Senior Manager level you will be leading project workstreams working directly with expert senior stakeholders of leading UK Tech businesses. You will therefore be:
- Good communicator with the ability to convey complex technical content in business language to board level
- Someone who builds strong business relationships with key decision makers within client organisations to realise opportunities to grow the EY business further
- A team player who is not only looking to enhance their own career, but recognises the value in developing others
- Driven to grow the data practice proposition and to innovate our methods
- Excellent stakeholders management
As a Senior Manager you will be expected to:
- Plan, manage and execute the delivery of engagements
- Deliver with the use of proven project methodology
- Review and quality assure work products
- Manage, coach and mentor engagement team members
- Generate sales according to Advisory targets.
To qualify for the role you must have
- A minimum of working on two end to end SAP program engagements with specific experience of business transformation programmes
- A track record of success in SAP Data Management and Migration
- The ability to structure teams, lead work streams and architect data management solutions
- Proven ability to lead teams across broad technical and business disciplines while maintaining the teams’ focus on the objectives at hand
- Experience of delivering engagements using a mixture of On-site, Off-site, Near-shore and Off-shore delivery capabilities
- Previous experience of consulting skills
