Design, customization and optimization of digital workplace solutions, with Microsoft 365 and Azure. Advise in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and implementation of client's project lifecycle. Manage team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital technology consulting arena. Provide broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms. Team with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances. Interact and communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience within M365 deployment, configuration, app activation and/or migration.
Must have 4 years of experience designing and implementing secure M365 application development service offerings, leveraging the Microsoft stack in a combination of 4 of the following:
• Microsoft Graph,
• Microsoft Identity Platform,
• SharePoint Framework,
• Web Part development,
• SharePoint and Teams solution packaging
• Adaptive Cards,
• Office UI Fabric,
• Power Apps,
• Power Automate,
• Power BI,
• M365 Compliance Center,
• PowerShell,
• Visual Studio Enterprise, and/or;
• Visual Studio Code.
Must have 4 years of experience with a combination of 4 of the following skills:
• HTML5/CSS,
• Secure application development,
• Continuous Integration,
• Continuous Deployment pipeline,
• web server technology concepts,
• web development,
• JavaScript frameworks (angular, node.js),
• responsive application design,
• single-page web application design,
• system integration development, and/or;
• business process automation.
Must have 3 years of experience working with enterprise clients to implement programs in all the following areas:
• M365 custom application development
• SharePoint application modernization and development
• Application integration and deployment with Microsoft Teams
• Intranet modernization
• Process automation (business and technology).
Must have 2 years of experience working with and coordinating off-shore development teams.
Must have 2 years of experience managing teams of developers.
Requires domestic and international travel up to 50% to serve client needs.
