Your Key Responsibilities

As a Manager you will be responsible for project delivery across the change spectrum, including:
- Managing teams to deliver change management, Business Readiness activities and training
- Designing and delivering a range of work products to successfully embed people change, including change management approaches and plans
- Working closely with client stakeholders to deliver on requirements across the end-to-end change process
- Identifying, mitigating and managing anticipated resistance, issues and risks
- Carrying out Change Impact Analyses to gain a deep understanding of how people, processes and technology will be affected
- Conducting Training Needs Analyses to create and deliver training plans
- Upskilling and coaching leaders and project teams on change management best practise
- Preparing and facilitating working sessions as well as producing high quality outputs to be shared with client stakeholders
- Helping to define success criteria (KPIs) and developing a robust approach to measuring business readiness
- Providing coaching to help clients lead change efforts effectively
- Developing and delivering detailed stakeholder communication and engagement plans
About You:
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex global projects in support of organisational change efforts
- Proven record in successful execution of business change, training and communications
- Experience of stakeholder management, with the ability to collate and present key messages to all levels of the organisation
- Experience in managing and coaching team members
- Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Ability to develop creative and engaging materials that bring business change messages to life
- Strong presentation skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project colleagues
- Ability to challenge and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient; able to work and lead teams in ambiguous and challenging situations
- Highly organised with a great eye for detail
- Knowledge of/experience in delivering tech-enabled change programmes (e.g. ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA) would be highly beneficial
