We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in regional credit management, with a focus on overseeing affiliates in Europe. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing credit portfolios, assessing credit risk, and implementing effective credit strategies to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Credit Risk Assessment:
- Implement and enforce existing credit policies and procedures to mitigate risks associated with extending credit.
- Set appropriate credit limits for customers based on financial health, payment history, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the Collection team, Sales, and Customer Service teams to determine credit limits and resolve credit-related issues.
Portfolio Management:
- Monitor and manage the credit portfolio for the region, ensuring compliance with established credit policies.
- Regularly review and update credit limits for existing customers based on their financial performance.
Credit Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze credit reports to identify trends, assess risk, and make informed credit decisions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the credit performance within the region.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in regional credit management, preferably overseeing affiliates in Europe.
- Proven track record in managing credit portfolios, assessing credit risk, and implementing effective credit strategies.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in ERP/SAP-FI-Credit Management area as a key user.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
