Position Summary:
The Commercial Manager is a critical thinker who understands the necessary business processes to bring our strategic vision
to life. This individual is a strong communicator who will represent the convenience retail channel and collaborate with both
internal and external business partners. They will contribute to the collection, measurement and reporting of data and
business needs to the greater organization; in both pre and post analysis of our commercialization process and objectives.

Essential Job Function:

• Represent the Convenience Retail channel and act as liaison between the customer sales team and bottler sales team to align on actionable goals and objectives.
• Develop presentation materials related to activity within the convenience retail channel to both internal and external audiences.
• Work with cross-functional departments to include Business Development, Supply Chain and Revenue Growth Management
• Identify project stakeholders and collaborate on projects as needed.
• Measure and interpret data against benchmarks, performance models and industry standards.
• Understand the commercial planning cycle and assist in developing timelines and outputs required to achieve our objectives.
• Compile regular, timely reports and communicate to management any important developments

Position Requirements:

•  Ability to think creatively & critically, to clearly present ideas and communicate with team lead.
• Strong understanding of both internal and external networks and their systems and processes
• Ability to facilitate and organize productive and informative meetings and presentations.
• Strong verbal, written skills.
• Power user of Excel including but not limited to pivot tables, advanced macros.
• Proficiency or learning Microsoft programs: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & PowerBI

Pay Range: $65,000 - $86,000
