Requirements
What we are looking for:
1-2 years of experience in General Maintenance
A track record of being able to solve mechanical or electrical problems
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems and a working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Strong knowledge of technology maintenance
You’re available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Certified in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
Ideally experience working in a Hospitality venue
Someone with a keen eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot
You’ll have the ability to work under pressure to meet time-critical requirements
You’re a hands-on operator who is willing to support the wider team and you’re a team player who’s ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!
As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure smooth front of house Technology operations through regular quality checks, routine maintenance, repair of game boxes and other operational maintenance duties across the venue. This is a key role in providing a smooth guest journey through ensuring maintenance faults do not hinder the guest experience!
Key Responsibilities:
With a can-do attitude, we’ll provide you with the tools and training you need to be a Maintenance Technician which involves:
Managing daily, weekly and monthly checks covering PPM and compliance
Completing routine box repairs and troubleshooting issues reported by guests or teammates
Completing small repairs such as fixing locks and leaky taps
Checking and maintaining all safety equipment, including fire alarms, fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors
Liaising with third party contractors where necessary
Proactive reviews of the venue and regular submission of reports on outstanding maintenance and operational tasks
Preventative maintenance checks including daily walk-throughs to inspect and escalate any needed improvements
