A K3|imagine front end developer is responsible for developing front end applications in Angular and React with a high degree of autonomy for k3|imagibne, the cloud native headless commerce platform for retailers in UK and Europe, which is a microservices architecture. Development tasks will be wide ranging and varied and priorities often change weekly. Will have a strong influence over the UI and UX of the product. Thiis role reports to the Product Director.
Requirements
Responsibilities Include
- Development of any and all front end projects in the K3|imagine product, and where skills are required other K3 products too
- Development of high quality, maintainable and reusable code following SOLID principles
- Working as part of a dynamic development team
- Working in an Agile environment with daily stand ups
- Testing your own code in a holistic way, ensuring when it gets deployed it will work “first time”
- Leading front end development and UI decisions
- Working with GitHub and Jira for tracking and monitoring development workload
- Associate code commits with GitHub issues
- Reviewing others’ code and having your own code reviewed and learning from each other during the process.
