Job Description
- Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjusts machine and equipment for production runs
- Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation. May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
- May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members
Qualifications
- Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
- Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment
Additional Information
Starting wage: $18.18/hr
Shift: New D shift Saturday, Sunday, & Monday 5pm - 5am
Training: Training will be on New A shift Tuesday - Friday 7am - 5pm
(Generally 2 weeks, but could be longer if necessary.)
Shift Differential: There is a $2.00/hr shift differential on New D shift.
There is no differential while training on New A shift.
Disclosure Statement:
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.18 to $25.49 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
