We’re looking for a responsible and proactive Account Manager who will be responsible for building strong and effective relationships with both a client and a team.
You’ll meet exciting challenges, and will constantly grow in technology and the international environment.

What You Will Do:

• Take part in the new clients' integrations;
• Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries;
• Maintain constant communication with annotation teams and clients;
• Monitor annotation quality, and team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team;
• Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement;
• Gather feedback from the client and share it with the internal team to improve delivered labeling services;
• Proactively mediate and resolve any clients' and annotators' concerns or issues etc.;
• Train annotation teams and supervisors.

What We Need:

• Fluent English and Ukrainian;
• 1.5+ years of experience in tech service industry;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company;
• Proven ability to take responsibility;
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to account management;
• Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible and adjust to the changes.

Will be a great plus:

• Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in IT outsourcing companies;
• Desire to advance in AI & annotation services;
• Good sense of humor 😊
