Label Your Data team is growing, and we're on the lookout for a Junior HR Specialist to screen, attract, evaluate and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within our team. You’ll be at the heart of our vibrant team and directly impact the company’s scale. Here you’ll meet exciting challenges, and will constantly grow in HR, technology and the international environment.

What You Will Do:

• Attracting candidates through various job platforms;
• Reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future job opportunities;
• Screening candidates via phone and video;
• Conducting interviews;
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires;
• Supporting internal & external HR related requests;
• Being an ambassador of Label Your Data and promoting our company’s brand and values.

What We Need:

• 0.5 — 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment field;
• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English and Ukrainian (C1+);
• Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;
• Having an eye for detail and high work-quality standards;
• Interest in continuous improvement and willingness to develop in recruitment, as well as in other HR areas;
• Experience with recruiting candidates thought different job websites, sourcing skills;
• Desire to advance in IT & AI;
• Open, easy-going personality.

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience in IT or service company;
• Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus;
• Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems;
• Loving people and new technologies 😊
