Parts Coordinator
Monday - Friday 7AM-3:30PM
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the parts inventory.
Job Duties:
·Orders parts for mechanics
·Verifies that work orders are correct and include all mechanic parts needed
·Maintains inventory
·Other duties as required and assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
·High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
·Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience
·PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
·Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
·Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
