As a Project Manager, you will quickly integrate into our team of community experts, using your project management skills to hit the ground running. You'll work effectively alongside team members to drive progress within our consultancy projects. Additionally, you will take the initiative to enhance our existing project management processes, striking a balance between standardising practices and offering bespoke solutions for our clients.
This position is client-facing and requires a balance of project management proficiency and strong interpersonal skills to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.
In addition to consultancy projects, you’ll work alongside key members of our core team to implement varied projects across our methodology, data, product offering and operations. Comfortable with process and metrics, you’re someone who thrives in using data to inform decision-making, and comfortable coordinating between people, tasks and deliverables across different workstreams.
You will be hard-working and quick to learn. Highly self-motivated – you’re the kind of person who’s always striving to do better. If you have an open, honest and collaborative approach to your job, you’ll fit right in.
