LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) is searching for a Marketing Manager, responsible for maximizing the impact of key customer programs and events that are created to engage our most strategic global enterprise accounts, to join the Global Accounts team.
LinkedIn Talent Solutions works with some of the world’s most successful companies to build and achieve their talent management strategies from recruiting and hiring to employee development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering against the marketing plan for global accounts within the Global Clients Program and top tier accounts. This will involve creating and leading regionally driven programs and events... partnering with Sales stakeholders on Account Based Marketing activities, while also aligning and collaborating with the Global and Regional Marketing teams to activate global/regional programs in support of our regional objectives and strategic plan.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with the Global Marketing team and Regional Field Marketing teams on customer programs and events that engage Global Accounts based in EMEA and NAMER
• Partnering with the Global LEAD team to leverage what is being created for the program at the global level and leading how it can be applied at the regional level in EMEA
• Building and leading regionally relevant Global Accounts programs (events, roundtables, experiences, campaigns) to drive engagement with key accounts
• Executing marketing campaigns and experiences for key customers in strong partnership with our sales teams
• Working closely with EMEA and NAMER Field Marketing and Product Marketing teams to ensure strong understanding of our customers and sales teams’ needs and key market nuances
• Owning cross-functional stakeholder communications to evangelize latest initiatives and drive adoption
• Managing end-to-end event and program coordination, production and post-event reporting and follow up
• Manage and oversee all agencies and suppliers that support delivery and execution of programs and events, responsible for holding them accountable to well-defined deadlines, targets, budgets and performance expectations
• Create impactful and engaging customer stories that engage our customers, provide evidence to support our sales team and feed into other areas of marketing for leverage
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of B2B/relevant marketing experience
• 5 + Experience managing regional customer programs and events
• 5 + Experience in Account Based Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
• Solid project management and communications skills that can bring together people to achieve great outcomes in a matrixed, international environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and passion for inspiring excellence
• Understanding of different B2B marketing functions and internal cross functional partners
• Experience creating and implementing successful digital and experiential marketing campaigns and strategies that support upsell and cross-sell opportunities, particularly for a named set of target accounts
• Strong results orientation in a high-growth, performance focused environment with a track record of delivering projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional dependencies
• Event management (virtual and in person) and content development experience
• Experience managing agency partners and multiple third-party vendor relationships
• Creative and innovative thinker, able to generate new ideas and approaches that drive impact
• Demonstrated ability to execute high performing marketing programs in partnership with Enterprise Sales and/or account management teams
• Experience working collaboratively across functions and markets. Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and manage relationships across different regions
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Fluency in another European language would be advantageous
