Responsibilities
Do you think you possess the qualities needed to be a great leader??? St. Joseph Medical Center is looking for a full time, day shift Physical Therapist Lead to be a part of our growing Rehab Team. As our new Lead Physical Therapist I, you will:
- possess the clinical, administrative and compliance knowledge to support the management of the physical therapy department
- provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders
- performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate Degree in Physical Therapy
- current state Physical Therapy license, or application to MO licensure in progress
- current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- two years of clinical experience, required
- one year of previous supervisory/management experience, preferred
