Pay Per Visit Rate: Starting at $45 plus Hourly NVA Rat starting at $32 per hour , DOE Requirements:
1. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate’s degreein science or applied science which is approved by American Physical Therapy Association.2. Current certification or license as required by state law.3. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.4. Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
