We are looking for a Hardware Programme Manager to work in the UK to manage allaspects of hardware related elements of these development activities.
What you'll do:
Support the UK development team with HW sourcing during design phase:
Covering Prototype and Production Deliveries.
Responsible for supporting the design and development of hardware components (enclosures and housing) for a range of RF and Digital modules
Responsible for supporting the design and development of complete product hardware enclosure
Responsible for integration of multiple modules into complete product hardware enclosure, physical integration and cabling
Ensuring Process and Documentation guidelines are followed
Ensuring Documentation and design Change Control implemented
Other:
Interfacing with local UK suppliers for development and prototype material supply
Ensure efficient collaborative working with other functions in the research, development and production teams.
Run weekly team meetings to ensure programs running on time and meet product cost targets for the hardware components & maintaining MS Project Plans & Reporting weekly progress up to overall GreenRAN PM
Support Korea Manufacturing Team with NPI requirements
What you'll have:
Experience of Electronics and RF Packaging techniques required to build Products mounted at the base and on top of Radio Base Station Masts
Experienced in working to deliver Products that meet key environmental demands in the areas of: EMC, Humidity, Operating Temperature, IP Rating, Max Wind Speed (Km/h), Mounting options, vibrations/shock, defined MTBF
Knowledge of RF and Digital product development & production techniques and best practices including PCB, enclosure and Interface design.
Previous experience in the domains of packaging RF Power Amplifiers, Filters, Digital Signal Processing Boards, Power supplies an advantage
Knowledge and practical experience of design for Sheet metal Fab and High-Pressure Casting design for production, CNC machining, Extrusion techniques and cable design for Digital and RF environment.
Good working knowledge of design, development and NPI processes associated with volume production of Digital and RF products.
