Our proprietary Decision Science platform uses advanced data science and machine learning to identify homes that fit investor criteria and optimize portfolio management and performance at scale. Picket is seeking a talented Inbound Marketing Manager in Seattle to lead our initiatives in SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Content Marketing, and Social Media. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at drawing in and engaging audiences through innovative and informative content, optimizing the journey from visitor to customer. Initially, you will be expected to wear many hats and manage multiple areas independently, with the opportunity to build and lead a specialized team as our company grows.
Responsibilities
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Craft and implement strategies to enhance organic search visibility and rankings. Perform thorough keyword research, content optimization, and authority building.
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Utilize analytics to improve website user experience and increase conversion rates. Implement continuous A/B tests and other performance tests.
Content Marketing: Manage the creation and distribution of engaging, high-quality content that attracts and retains a clearly defined audience. Align content with customer needs and organizational goals.
Social Media Management: Lead social media strategy and operations to grow engagement and community size. Leverage various platforms to foster interaction and build relationships with potential and current customers.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in a professional capacity supporting a high-growth enterprise.
Proven expertise in SEO, CRO, content marketing, and managing social media.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative skills.
Strong grasp of inbound marketing strategies and tactics.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
A background check, possibly including a credit report for some roles, is required for this position.
