If you're an HR Advisor looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, high-growth business, our Regional People Advisor role could be perfect for you.
You'll provide commercial people advice to colleagues across our practices in the North East and Midlands, on all policy matters associated with the full HR lifecycle. It's a great opportunity to actively promote a culture of best practice and consistency in all people areas, and also to contribute to people strategy and projects as the function continues to grow and develop.
It would be highly beneficial if you live within a commutable distance of the North East, Yorkshire or Midlands as you will occasionally travel to practices across this area.

We welcome your application if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven track record of managing high volume and complex cases.
- Experience of building relationships and acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle, ideally within an M&A-driven business.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Drive to constantly review and lead on delivering best practice.
- Confident, effective communicator at all levels.
