St Marks is the Hospital Consultant led orthodontic practice in Teddington. We provide affordable private treatment for children and adults.
As a purely Orthodontic Practice , orthodontics is all we do. Our treatment is provided by registered orthodontic specialists and has a good reputation for clinical excellence. St Marks treats all orthodontic problems ranging from simple aesthetic alignment to the most complex malocclusions.

We are looking for a dedicated candidate working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm, Saturdays monthly 8.15am - 1.00pm.
What the role involves
Build the vision and brand message for the practice, and deliver outstanding customer service experiences
Lead a dedicated team with the day to day running and management of the practice, both clinical and non clinical
Achieve key deliverables including business growth targets, managing budgets (including profit and loss) and all operational aspects
Excellent working relationships with clinicians, Dentex support centre, suppliers, and NHS contractors
Recruitment, onboarding and people management of practice staff such as identifying staff development and training needs
Regular team meetings and staff performance reviews
Provide support and direction to enhance performance, skills, and knowledge of practice staff
Maintenance and marketing of the practice within set budgets
Day to day management of CQC activities
Competent in health and safety management, and dental compliance
Ad hoc receptionist and nursing duties, GDC registered
Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested
What we need from you:
Strong business and team leader
Commercially astute; sales, target and KPI driven
Excellent communication skills
To listen, be understanding and empathic at all times
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, keeping patient satisfaction in mind
Friendly and welcoming manner
Teamwork orientated with an enthusiastic attitude
CQC registered (Training provided for those who aren't)
Excellent knowledge of CQC and compliance
Proficient user of the requisite dental software and Microsoft package
