We are seeking an exceptional Senior Programme Manager within the Brand, Storytelling, Marketing and Communications team at Forseven. This is a critical role which will enable our delivery landscape and support our partnership approach to how we work both together as a team and with our internal stakeholders beyond. The Opportunity
As the Senior Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and delivering programme support for our Brand, Storytelling, Marketing, and Communications functions. You will be responsible for mapping, coordinating, and providing updates on progress to the leadership team within the department while ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive programme support to the Brand, Storytelling, Marketing, and Communications functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate with the leadership team within the department, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and challenges, and facilitating decision-making processes as needed.
- Utilise project management tools to develop and maintain programme plans, including workload mapping, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure efficient and effective delivery of initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the department, implementing enhancements as needed to optimise workflow and output quality.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of services in line with agreed-upon standards and timelines.
- Work closely with finance and HR teams to manage programme budgets, resource profiling, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with departmental and organisational goals.
Who you are
- Proven experience in programme management, project management, or related roles within the automotive or marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of Brand, Storytelling, Marketing, and Communications principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior stakeholders and drive alignment on key objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
