Description
The successful candidate will join a team which develops betting solutions. This entails the development of mathematical/statistical models and high-performance algorithms; efficient coding; automation of betting operations; data generation, acquisition, storage and manipulation; and performance analysis through back-testing and simulations.We are a close-knit team with a great atmosphere, looking for someone who takes pride in writing solid code and enjoys problem solving.
The core technologies used are HTML, CSS and Javascript. Non essential but additional helpful skills are Python and AWS/GCP.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate design mockups into functional web pages.
- Implement new features and enhancements to existing web applications.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with Python for backend development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
