As our next NOC Analyst, you will prioritise escalations for customer issues and monitor network performance to ensure consistent connectivity. We are seeking someone who is proactive and has great attention to detail, who will work with a team of professionals, managing alerts, escalations, and technical networking issues.
Your day to day will involve discussing technical issues with non-technical customers and you will proactively manage networks, work with multiple technologies, and ensure reliability of client connections. Based at our Head Office, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through our structured learning and development opportunities.
You will be expected to work a variety of shift patterns, some weekend shifts and Bank Holiday shifts when working within the NOC Team.
