Job Description
Responsibility of complete cash application processing, verifying and reconciling vendor incentive credits to maintain non-trade accounts receivable records.
Compensation & Schedule
$45k-$50k Annually,
Monday-Friday, Full-Time, Exempt

Duties & Responsibilities
- Record all cash applications globally within the ERP system daily.
- Month end bank account reconciliations
- Report customer cash payments to AR daily for receivable application.
- Properly collect & reconcile CRC’s, Coop’s, Returns, Inventory Devaluations and Freight claim credits to the GL monthly.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly deadlines for all vendor incentive credit collection.
Qualifications
- Organizational skills
- Acknowledgeable to details
- Proficient Excel skills
- 5 years of AP & AR experience
- Basic accounting knowledge

Working Environment
Currently, S&S has a remote work policy which provides for employees to be in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is subject to change based on business need. Position location: Bolingbrook, IL.
