The Learning and Development Manager will create a global framework that cultivates learning opportunities for our team.
You will:
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs (on-going gap analysis)
- Define and develop people development programs in collaboration with the HR team, and cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
- Create and implement highly effective and innovative learning opportunities, including digitized content, individualized learning paths, and team skill set development.
- Provide functional expertise regarding learning management systems.
- Create and evangelize success metrics/dashboards.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's Degree; at least 5 years of related experience delivering programs in technology and corporate environments
- Working knowledge of e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (Absorb a plus)
- Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: planning, execution, and performance/monitoring.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify themes and develop recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking virtual/global environment.
- Strong meeting facilitation/presentation skills
- Can do, roll up sleeves’ attitude.
- Certifications in Adult Learning, Organizational development or equivalent
