Job Description
Job purpose
We are a market leading integrated Wealth Management firm, with ambitious growth plans. You have an opportunity to help shape the future of wealth management. Working across multiple functions and domains, you will be an individual who can easily adapt, assimilate, and extrapolate to add value.
This role will support the evaluations of change at pre-project/programme mobilisation stage. It requires the role holder to work with ambiguity, source data points and help define options and recommendations. To be effective, internal, and external engagement will be required, gaining a wide perspective to enable completion of design outcomes required to meet the firm’s strategic outcomes.
The post requires the role holder to have a combination of strategic, change management & transformation skills in one person.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete impact assessments covering, clients, colleagues, processes, systems, and data interaction points.
- Lead the identification, quantify, and remedy failure demand root causes and pain points.
- Using data, lead design thinking to optimise end-to-end client and colleague journeys and services.
- Support the development of group wide design activity such as operating models and value chains.
- Develop & maintain communication & engagement plan for the team.
- Engagement lead for all external firms and internal teams.
- Undertake market scan and trend analysis.
- Develop radar/heat maps for potential partners.
- Develop and support industry best practice and framework adoption, own, and maintain assigned design artefacts.
- Governance pipeline management and coordination
- Design Authority
- Architecture Review Board
- Solution Design Forum
- Support content creation for forums and committees as required.
Qualifications
Key Skills and Experience
- Wealth and FS strategy consultancy experience including technology platforms.
- Reputable international consultancy firm such as Accenture, Alpha FMC, etc.
Professional Qualifications and Education
- Degree qualified (any subject).
Key Competencies
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications. Able to convey complex concepts and ideas through PowerPoint and other applications.
- Lead team cadence through Jira boards, daily stand up and action tracking.Demonstrate superb stakeholder management skills, and able to readily win hearts and minds
