Wealth, accountancy and business advisory services | Evelyn Partners
The position is for a 24-month fixed term opportunity, with a view to extend the contract if appropriate.
The programme will be divided into rotations, each term running for approximately six months. During this time the candidate will report into senior leaders within the COO (Chief Operating Office) function who will guide them through the rotations. Candidates will also be provided with a buddy to offer first-hand experience and to assist with navigation around the organisation.
This programme will be based out of Bracknell or London with possible travel to other offices as COO teams are spread across a number of UK locations. The individuals would be expected to build a network outside of the COO function including contacts within Front Office, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
The programme will provide exposure to the workings of a leading Fin Tech company within the Financial Services industry. This programme focuses on development: successful candidates will gain first-hand experience in multiple functions covered by COO and develop a set of technical and soft skills that will be interchangeable between teams.
The primary focus of soft skill development will be on: leadership and management, project management, communication, professionalism and time management skills.
This role sits within our Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) department – these roles are aligned to our internal technology capabilities.
DTS - delivers cross-functional and system solutions by bringing together teams transforming together, alongside running technology platforms, products and services securely and ensuring colleagues have the devices and support we need to delight our clients. To deliver cross-functional group change programmes, DTS brings together colleagues into multi-disciplinary teams to deliver our ambitious digital transformation portfolio.
