Location: 10619 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-8510
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Administrative Specialist & HR Designee to join our team! The Administrative Specialist / HR Designee will provide administrative support to the Branch Director and will serve as an extension of the corporate human resources department to provide key messaging to employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Branch Director
- Answer phone; screen calls, and route patient care calls appropriately.
- Serve as an extension of the corporate human resources department to provide key messaging to employees
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily.
- Order medical supplies.
- Receive and process accounts payable.
- Maintain all worker profiles to be current and accurate within Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills.
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Six months of experience performing healthcare office functions is preferred.
- Experience working with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.
- Previous experience working with an HRIS is preferred.
