Job Descrption
Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to assess their business processes, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and develop low code solutions to address their needs.Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom applications and workflows using low code development platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, or Mendix.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.Provide guidance and best practices to clients on low code development methodologies, architecture, and design principles to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to educate them on low code capabilities and empower them to leverage the platform independently.Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in low code development platforms to continuously improve skills and expertise.Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development, to support business development and client acquisition efforts.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and expand low code offerings, develop reusable components and templates, and contribute to knowledge sharing and thought leadership initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications needed.Strong proficiency in low code development tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, or similar.Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.Proven track record of delivering successful low code projects on time and within scope, with a focus on customer satisfaction and value delivery.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of low code development and emerging technologies
