Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced CADD Operators/Technicians to join our team in Lanham, MD, and Baltimore, MD. These positions offer an opportunity to work on exciting projects in transportation engineering and land development. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in CAD operations, with a focus on SHA field survey processing and/or property and right of way management.
Key Responsibilities:Utilize CAD software to produce detailed drawings and plans for transportation projects or land developmentProcess field survey data collected by the State Highway Administration (SHA) or other agenciesAssist in the management of property and right of way information for infrastructure projectsCollaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project deliverablesMaintain organized documentation and records of design changes and revisionsCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address project needs and concerns
Qualifications:7+ years of experience as a CADD Operator/TechnicianExperience in SHA field survey processing and/or property and right of way managementProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStationStrong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
