Job Descrption
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. The Accounts Receivable Accountant will work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Provide customer service regarding billing issues
